I was able to install this build on VirtualBox without problems.This build has a very buggy graphics. Looks like one of those Win32 viruses on Danooct1's channel. Would actually be cool trying out one of those on this build.The version of IE4 is 4.70.911, by the way. Despite this and the build number, I actually think it feels closer to 1515 than 1585.
