You need to select the cell first and then paste the formula into the formula bar or type in the formula into the cell.

You can check your named range from the name manager see if it is working.2.Your second issue is with regard to the cascading data validation. I have completed almost through step four, but I have run into a couple of problems.On the 'Products' sheet the buttons to toggle 'Run Quick Pick' and 'Add New Product,' I am unable to press them. I would like to say i have added macros to even post the various details on the invoice in an invoice register after creation. I have also added a receipt and a macro to post the receipt details in a Receipt log.My only challenge is that i want to find out if there is a way/ macro to have different pricing for cash sale from that of a customer sale.
